My name is Eileen McBride and I currently live in Melbourne, Australia. I am a lifelong spiritual seeker. I was raised within religious parameters founded on spiritual healing and a Gnostic (if Agnostic means ‘not knowing’ then its logical opposite is Gnostic, meaning ‘knowing,’ which is within us all) interpretation of Christianity. I have used my unorthodox spiritual training to springboard into a wider search for meaning, exploring and encompassing traditional theorists as well as what could be called the spiritual fringe.

I am a qualified lawyer, teacher and journalist. I also have a post-graduate degree in Literary Studies. I have lived in six different countries on four different continents. I have two children who are now young adults.

I have written a book called Love Equals Power (which is now available from www.brolgapublishing.com.au). I also teach and speak on the principles that I write about on this site.
